nice
hey Jeremy your video did help me understand a few steps but I have a problem with my raid config. First when I press control I the raid screen doesnt show (im guessing cuz i use AMD cpu). Second, I don't want to format my first hard drive but still want my new hard drive to show up as storage. Third, when i change the ide setting in bios to raid like u did in this video, windows refuses to boot up. Lastly I wanna do all this without installing a CD drive in my computer (I already got motherboard drivers off the internet but don't know how to use them).
I would really appreciate it if you could help me get a raid 1 system working on my pc where I can keep my old data without formatting and just get extra space in the computer to download more games.
i have 2 disks on my computer but i'm unable to select disks like you did at 3:48. My select disks is greyed out and i can't click on it.
how i hit yes ?
Nice video Jeremy. I got a question for you. Can you setup RAID after the OS has been installed?
Great tutorial on setting up RAID.
im using 10 external hardrives when i make them raid 1 wil i lose my data what is on it?
Thanks for sharing , Helped to configure in my dedicated server with RAID which I have subscribed from http://www.datasoft.ws
Can I change the partition size afterwards?. Adaptec , 3 drives, using windows 7 pro- upgraded to win 10, now "C" drive showing close to fill(230G)
this is one of the videos I learned to build computers from, I was 11 years old. Still building computers since then.
